    For hand exercise, don’t rely so much? on the handles. Grip the bag itself.

    I think sand, dirt,? and gravel are close to each other in weight. Gravel is easier to work with mess-wise.

    Great video. Just be sure the cheap duffle bag has nice strong straps (you could even stitch on additional handles for more hold options…)

    get a somewhat good bag, if you buy a? cheap one, you’ll end with the sand on the floor, check that costures are doble because the weight is going to need it, or at least strong enough
